Project CARS announces its first tracks

Project CARS will have the largest roster of race locations seen in any recent racing game and today, they’ve announced the first set.

Whether you’re from the UK and looking forward to taking in Brands Hatch or Silverstone, wish to power it down the straights of Monza or the sunny clims of the Dubai Aotodrome, CARS will have something for you, each with numerous track variations.

The first few track locations revealed are as follows:

  • Brands Hatch – United Kingdom – 2 layouts: GP, Indy
  • Dubai Autodrome – United Arab Emirates – 5 layouts: GP, National, International Club, Kart
  • HockenheimRing – Germany – 2 layouts: GP, National, Short
  • Imola – Italy – 1 layout: GP
  • Monza – Italy – 2 layouts: GP, Short
  • Oscherleben Motorsport Arena – Germany – 2 layouts: GP, Indy
  • Silverstone – United Kingdom – 2 layouts: GP, National
  • Circuit Zolder – Belgium – 1 layout: GP

More locations will be revealed over the coming weeks so keep checking back for more info.

Project CARS will release on Xbox One and other formats sometime around November 2014.

The only thing I can think of is… maybe because no Nordschleife?

Otherwise this isn’t a bad lineup to start off with, I mean.

Agreed. For a first set of tracks we were pretty happy with it. Be very interesting to see what else pops up though.

cant stand real tracks especially tracks that i have played over and over and over again on Formula 1 racing games, give me something new to race on
