The guys at Press Play have announced that their latest title, Project Totem, will release on both Xbox One and Xbox 360 in Fall 2014 and they’ve released a rather nifty mind-bending teaser trailer to go along with that announcement.
And a new title from them is a pretty big deal because the previous game to come from Press Play, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood released to rapturous applause a few months ago, picking up some cracking reviews, scores and love from the Xbox fraternity the world over. In fact, James reviewed it on TheXboxHub and mentioned that whilst it lacked a bit of story, the well structured puzzles struck every chord in his little mind (although let’s be honest, that doesn’t take much doing). He did however manage to give it a more than decent 4 stars and so anything else coming out of Press Play is going to be right at the top of our agendas.
So now we have this new game, Project Totem. A mind teasing platformer in which the player must control two separate totem pole pieces with one controller. The spin (and the screenshots) quickly throws us back to the ‘2 girls, 1 controller’ action we saw one the 360 when Ms Splosion Man was released. Whether it plays out anything like that we’ll have to wait and see as unfortunately the teaser trailer below gives very little details.
Most definitely one to look out for though.
