Some three decades ago, Tinhead rolled out onto the SEGA Genesis. Today, in 2022, it comes to Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
Available as the latest old-school classic to be thrust into the modern age by our friends at QUByte Interactive, Tinhead (QUByte Classics), takes that game which launched nearly thirty years ago and places it front and centre of the latest generation of gamers.
It comes with a cheap price point in place, that of just £4.19, and promises to whisk you off on an action adventure in which you’ll need to fully hone your platforming skills. It’s Tinhead who you’ll be controlling (as if you hadn’t guessed) as you look to help the little guy save the stars.
See, it’s the evil Grim Squidge who is looking to take control of the land, and only Tinhead can stop him – what with him being the Defender of the Edge of the Galaxy, and all that. Jumping, sliding, hopping, flying and shooting your way to success, navigating through some super-tricky platforming levels will be your goal.
With QUByte having previously picked up a couple of ‘Classics’ in the form of The Humans, Jim Power and the Thunderbolt Collection, we’d guess that they know what they are doing with the release of Tinhead (QUByte Classics).
Grab a copy of the game from the Xbox Store for play on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. And stay tuned for a review from us soon.
