AQUA KITTY previously hit Xbox gamers as one of those tiny XBLIG that were occasionally found over on the good old Xbox 360. Now though this cat has grown up and is ready to take a swipe at Xbox One players.
Available to download right now, AQUA KITTY UDX Xbox One Ultra Edition – to give it its rather long, convoluted name – comes with a £6.39 price tag. Now, that may seem a big old hike over its XBLIG predecessor, but we’re guessing a whole ton of improvements and feature upgrades have been put in place since then.
But what is it? Well, AQUA KITTY has blasted onto Xbox One because there is a sudden shortage of milk in the world – and you see, cats love milk. It will therefore be up to you to take to your submarine (obviously) and head on down into the deepest darkest Meowiana trench, destroy a whole host of enemy craft, rescue kittens and ensure that the milk starts to flow once more.
With both a solo and co-op mode in place, AQUA KITTY should appeal to numerous gamers. We’ll have a full review for you pretty soon, but for now, that Xbox Games Store can sort you out.
