Resident Evil biohazard Gold Edition announced for Xbox One, PS4 and PC

-

As is the case with a whole host of triple-A titles, Resident Evil biohazard is getting itself a bit of a complete saga as Capcom have confirmed that a Gold Edition of the game will be arriving on Xbox One, PS4 and PC this December.

Confirmed for a 12th December 2017 release date, the Resident Evil biohazard Gold Edition will be coming to both retail and digital alongside all remaining DLC. That means you’ll get the base game, plus the DLC packs in one, with Banned Footage Vol. 1 and Banned Footage Vol. 2 included as well as the upcoming third DLC release, End of Zoe.

End of Zoe is the next shocking instalment in the Resident Evil 7 biohazard saga, with players discovering what Zoe’s fate will be. You will face off against new enemies and explore new swamp filled areas, with End of Zoe included in the Gold Edition or available as an update if you are a Season Pass owner. If you wish to purchase it separately, then you’ll need to find £11.99 /€14.99 / $14.99.

On that same day – 12th Dec 2017 – Capcom will also be releasing the delayed Not a Hero DLC for free to owners of any version of Resident Evil 7 biohazard.

The free Not a Hero DLC meanwhile sees the return of iconic Resident Evil fan favourite and veteran BSAA soldier, Chris Redfield. Taking place after the horrific events that befell Ethan Winters in RE7 biohazard, Not a Hero brings a brand new experience, letting you play things out as Chris and left to face new threats not met in the main game. As a member of New Umbrella, Chris and team quickly set up a strategy to counter this latest threat. Will Chris once again solve the mystery of this latest outbreak and make it out of the plantation’s dungeons alive?

We’ll be sure to remind you when December arrives (like you need reminding!), but for now, if you wish to know more then the trailer below should suffice. It may also be worth you giving our review of Resident Evil biohazard a little read too.
