Shadow Samurai Revenge – out now!

A vow of vengeance, a kidnapped son, and a demonic evil that must be vanquished – the stage is set for a classic tale of samurai justice! Shadow Samurai Revenge, an action-packed new adventure, has launched on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

This latest title from developer and publisher Gametry is available right now for the incredibly low price of £3.29.

A Samurai’s Vow for Vengeance

Prepare to embark on a perilous journey in Shadow Samurai Revenge, where strategic thinking and memorisation are just as crucial as your blade.

The story of Shadow Samurai Revenge is one of tragedy and retribution. You play as Arashi, a warrior whose wife was killed and son was kidnapped by the evil demon Orochi. Ten years ago, Arashi managed to seal the demon away, but that seal has now broken. Arashi must once again take up his sword, this time to enact his revenge and rescue his son from the clutches of evil.

This isn’t just a simple hack and slash; Shadow Samurai Revenge promises a journey that requires careful thought and planning.

Strategy, Memory, and Traps

The gameplay demands strategic thinking and memorization, with an extra focus on avoiding the numerous traps that will block your path. You’ll need to learn level layouts and enemy patterns to survive the many challenges and demanding situations across the game’s numerous levels.

Success is not guaranteed from the start. After each level, you can visit the dojo to improve your skills. This progression system will be vital as you prepare for the final, ultimate fight to save your son and avenge your wife.

Key Aspects of Your Samurai Journey

  • Play as a Samurai on a Quest for Revenge: Embody the warrior Arashi on a mission to rescue his kidnapped son from the evil demon Orochi.
  • Strategic Action Gameplay: A blend of action and strategy that requires you to think and memorise patterns to survive.
  • Navigate Deadly Levels: Make your way through numerous stages, each filled with its fair share of challenges and deadly traps.
  • Dojo Progression System: Visit the dojo between levels to improve your skills and prepare for the final fight.
  • Intense Combat: Face off against monsters, undead, and bandits on your perilous journey.

Ready to Fulfil Your Vow?

Shadow Samurai Revenge offers a dose of classic samurai action with a strategic twist.

If you’re looking for a new challenge that tests your brain as much as your reflexes, and all for less than the price of a coffee, it’s available right now on the Xbox Store for just £3.29.

The path to revenge is open.
