Run, jump, jetpack – Pinkman+ is now on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch

Are you ready to run, jump and jetpack your way through The Mind? Pinkman+ is here to save the day!

Having previously launched on Steam back in 2017 under the standard Pinkman guise, Pinkman+ comes to consoles via the teams at Green Dinosaur Games and Ratalaika Games – the latter being the publisher of all manner of great little titles like Loot Hero DX, UltraGoodness 2, Balancelot and more. Basically though, if the Ratalaika name is attached to a game, you can be sure it’s worth a shot – especially at the asking prices listed.

Pinkman+ is no different now that it has made its way to console. Running happily on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch, this neon-soaked action platformer will see you taking control of the titular Pinkman as he attempts to traverse all manner of levels. The usual running abilities are on hand, as are jump opportunities. But it’s with the addition of a jetpack where old Pinkman comes to the fore as you get the chance to blast your way through stages.

With the arrival of Pinkman+ on console, we find new features added to the game. Not only are there 100 hand crafted stages in place, nor just the 16 stunning colour palettes and 20 trap types, but this version comes with checkpoints that will allow you to save your game, a speedrun timer for those looking for bragging rights, and a catchy little synthwave soundtrack.

For just £4.99, it all seems a bit of a no-brainer if we’re honest, especially as this one comes with full Xbox Series X|S optimisation. If you agree, head over to your favoured digital store – Xbox Store, PlayStation Store or Nintendo eShop – and grab a copy of Pinkman+ on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 or Nintendo Switch this instant.

Keep an eye out for our review of Pinkman+ on Xbox Series X too.

Game Description:

Pinkman+ is a fast-paced, action platformer about a lost man with pink skin, with the ability to jetpack to reach new heights. Run, jump and jetpack through a minimalist and colorful (but deadly) environment called “The Mind”. New features exclusively for consoles include checkpoints to save your game, a speedrun timer for those who are competitive, and vibrant new color palettes for additional variety.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
