We’ve travelled to the Wild West more times than we care to remember, taking in the narratives of Red Dead Redemption 2, of El Hijo, Wild West Crops and Desperados. Now it’s time to saddle up and roll out again, as the Gunman Tales play out.Â
Gunman Tales is the latest from the prolific Ratalaika Games team, they of super cheap, highly cheerful Xbox, PlayStation and Switch releases, pushing out new offerings pretty much on a weekly basis. If you’re at all familiar with a Ratalaika title – the most recent being those of CyberHeroes Arena DX, Go! Go! PogoGirl and Lootbox Lyfe+ – then you should know what you’re getting here.Â
Priced up at ÂŁ6.99, running a little launch discount for a while, Gunman Tales is prime Ratalaika fodder, placing you in the role of a bounty hunter traipsing the Wild West. And as any good bounty hunter will know, there’s just the one sole goal to hand – to uncover the Legendary Lost Treasure.Â
Your hunt for riches won’t be an easy one though. Outlaws await, but should you have enough about you to take these guys down, will be able to steal gold and items from their dead, lifeless bodies. With these promising to increase your own abilities, every kill will nudge you closer to your goal.
Gunman Tales holds no less than twelve diverse stages for you to navigate, whilst local multiplayer opportunities ensure that you need not run as a lone ranger, teaming up with others, ganging up to rule the Wild West once and for all.
In all, the key features sit as…
- * Epic wild west cowboy action adventure
- * 12 diverse and challenging stages
- * Local multiplayer for 1-4 players
- * RPG elements like weapons and upgrades
We’ll be following with full review of Gunman Tales in the near future, but for now you’ll find a download over at the Xbox Store for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Gunman Tales is also on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.Â
