Digimon Story Time Stranger
Digimon Story Time Stranger – out now

The globally beloved Digimon franchise has received its grandest video game adventure yet in Digimon Story Time Stranger, sending players on an epic quest to explore the human and Digital Worlds and unravel a mystery that threatens the very existence of both.

The visually stunning RPG, Digimon Story Time Stranger from developer Media.Vision and Bandai Namco is now available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. The Standard Edition is priced at ÂŁ54.99.

Prepare for an adventure that spans across time and parallel worlds, collecting and raising a diverse array of Digimon to fight in strategic turn-based battles.

An Epic Story of Connection

The story begins in Tokyo, Japan, where an agent of a secret organisation encounters an unknown creature shortly before a city-leveling explosion. They then reawaken eight years in the past, taking on a mission to uncover the mystery of the world’s collapse. Chance encounters with unique characters will shape your journey across time and parallel worlds, ultimately changing fate itself.

You will journey between the parallel human world and the Digital World: Iliad, a place where Digimon reside. You’ll see the Digital World and its intricately detailed realms like never before, with interactive elements and special quests to explore.

Strategic Turn-Based Battles

At the core of the Digimon experience are the dynamic turn-based battles.

You will discover, tame, and forge bonds with more than 450 unique Digimon, each with their own unique abilities.

Deep customisation options provide limitless ways to approach the challenges of battle, as you develop strong bonds with your Digimon and evolve their abilities to save both worlds.

A Bold Expansion of the Franchise

This is the first Digimon Story series game in more than 10 years, making Digimon Story Time Stranger a bold expansion of the franchise. It’s designed to be the perfect entry point for RPG enthusiasts, promising a memorable experience for both newcomers and long-time fans.

We’ve been keenly following this grand adventure for a little while now. It was back in August that we first got a deep dive into the narrative when a new Digimon Story Time Stranger trailer dived deep into its time-travelling tale.
