It’s only been around for a month or so but already 2K are making amendments to the brilliant PGA Tour 2K21 as we see a brand new, fast paced, match type arrive alongside the addition of multiple new cosmetic items.
PGA Tour 2K21 is, frankly, the best golfing title available on the market, having arrived on Xbox One, PS4 and PC to critical acclaim back in August. But no matter how good it is, there’s always room for improvement and that is the case here with a new match type rolling out along with some rather decent looking cosmetic options.
First up and the new fast paced three-hole matchmaking option is a brand new way for you to school the world. Designed to provide fast, fluid, shorter play time which in itself will dial up the intensity, this new option will let you hit the links for when you’re short on time
This will see you playing three random holes from an assortment of courses across one of two new playlists…
- High Rollers – a one-on-one skins match with a higher risk/reward
- Quick Match – Stroke play for two to four players
Further to that though and new cosmetic items are in place, letting you customise your MyPLAYER with new polo shirt and skorts from Polo Ralph Lauren, new adidas CODECHAOS shoes and an exclusive adidas CODECHAOS 2K Aeroready Polo Shirt.
