We love a good Artifex Mundi game. With most of those firmly entrenched in the Hidden Object scene, spending hours, days and weeks with a Where's Wally styled hunt 'em up is extremely joyful. There are a ton of them to consider too and today that list has grown with the arrival of Demon Hunter: Riddles of Light.Â
There can be a real joy found in playing the Hidden Object masterpieces that come out of the Artifex Mundi stable. With intrigue, mystery and delights at every turn, it's these games which are well known for dragging gamers in. And whilst there's a huge amount of Artifex titles available already, with the release of Endless Fables: Shadow Within, we find them building out that library even more.Â
It may have been doing the rounds on PC for many a month already, but today Artifex Mundi continue to enhance their Xbox One catalogue of games by pushing out Ghost Files: Memory of a Crime to Xbox One.
2019 has been Artifex Mundi's year, or more specifically, the year of the Queen's Quest series. After seeing both Queen's Quest 2 and Queen's Quest 3 arrive over the last few months, it's great to see the kings of the Hidden Object scene back once more, as Artifex drop Queen's Quest 4: Sacred Truce on to Xbox One.
They may be best known for their brilliant Hidden Object adventure games, but Artifex Mundi have big plans to move into multiple gaming territories. That starts now with the reveal of the animated arena party brawler Hot Shot Burn.
Artifex Mundi are well known for their Hidden Object adventures, but like anything, variety is the key to a good life and with that in mind we are seeing the team branch out on a point-and-click journey with the stunning looking Irony Curtain. With a PC release just having taken place, and a launch on Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch lined up for later in the summer, it felt like a great time to have a little chat with one of the team in order to get a more in-depth look at what makes Irony Curtain: From Matryoshka with Love so special. They were certainly up for revealing more...
Rarely a month goes by where we don't see a new addition to the Xbox library coming courtesy of the puzzle kings of Artifex Mundi. With a recent drop of Queen's Quest 2 hitting console, it is now we see gamers given the chance to head into a more modern era, with the launch of Modern Tales: Age of Invention on Xbox One.
