Superball, a futuristic multiplayer hero sports ball game from the creators of the beloved My Time series, has launched today. This futuristic arcade experience is now available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, via Steam too if you need it.
Best of all for subscribers, this new free-to-play title is also a Day One drop on Xbox Game Pass and supports Xbox Play Anywhere.
What is This Futuristic Sport?
This isn’t your standard sports title. Superball (formerly known as Super Buckyball Tournament) transforms the pitch into a futuristic, arcade-style street football arena.
It’s a hero shooter at heart, where teams of uniquely-powered heroes clash in fast-paced 3v3 matches. Players can freeze opponents in their tracks, throw up a heavy shield to block a sure goal, or teleport past defenders with lightning-fast speed for a clear shot.
Every five-minute match is a burst of nonstop action, teamwork, and timing, with seamless crossplay on all launch platforms.

This title comes from the celebrated team at Pathea Games, known for their smash-hit crafting and life-sim RPGs, My Time at Portia and My Time at Sandrock.

The game features 17 unique heroes split into three distinct positional roles, requiring you to build a squad with the same synergy as a competitive hero shooter.

On top of the standard 3v3 football, Superball offers a variety of other exciting casual modes to keep the action fresh, including Slam Dunk, Dodgeball, Icebreaker, and Divine Path.
Your Launch Day Locker
To celebrate the surprise launch, Superball is packed with rewards. New players will find sixteen heroes are free to play for the first 72 hours.
On your second day, you’ll receive a voucher to unlock any hero permanently through a reward track. All players also receive a Welcome Letter containing 20 Lucky Cards for skins and other items. The Season 1 Pass: Wild Journey is also live, with both free and premium tracks.
