Sledding Game Slides Into Game Pass With Chaotic Snowy Fun

2026's Best Games

Sledding Game – now on Game Pass, Xbox and PC

There are polished sims, there are serious sports titles… and then there’s Sledding Game, which quite happily throws itself down a hill, crashes into a mate, and calls it a feature.

Launching in Game Preview on Xbox Series X|S and PC (with Play Anywhere support), and available Day One on Game Pass (Ultimate and PC tiers), this multiplayer hangout is less about winning and more about wiping out in style.

Priced at just ÂŁ6.39 if you’re not riding the Game Pass slope, Sledding Game from The Sledding Corporation is already shaping up to be one of those party experiences – even if that run ends face-first in the snow.

At A Glance

  • Title: Sledding Game (Game Preview)
  • Developer/Publisher: The Sledding Corporation
  • Platforms: Xbox Series X|S, PC, Play Anywhere, Steam
  • Availability: Game Pass Day One (Ultimate & PC)
  • Price: ÂŁ6.39 (outside Game Pass)
  • Players: Multiplayer (up to ~30 players per lobby)

Sled Fast, Crash Faster

At its core, Sledding Game is exactly what it says on the tin – a sandbox of snowy hills, ramps and ridiculous physics where the goal is… well, whatever you want it to be.

Race your friends to the bottom. Build a ramp and send it sky-high. Or just launch yourself into a chaotic ragdoll tumble that somehow scores more points than a perfect run. Because here’s the thing – crashing isn’t failure. It’s half the fun.

The physics lean into the chaos too, with every bump, bounce and badly judged landing turning into a highlight reel moment. Expect less Winter Olympics and more “who can faceplant the funniest.”

A Snowy Social Playground

Where Sledding Game really earns its stripes (or snow tracks) is in how it brings players together.

With proximity voice chat, every slope becomes a social space. You’ll hear your mates cheering, laughing, or yelling as they miss that jump by a mile. Public lobbies open the door to meeting new players, while private sessions keep things cosy with your own crew.

And when you’re done racing? There’s plenty to chill out with – literally.

Snowball fights, snowman building, curling, darts, roasting marshmallows by a fire… even just sitting back with a hot chocolate in a cabin while the snow falls outside. It’s less a game, more a winter hangout spot.

Expect The Unexpected (Especially The Yeti)

Of course, this wouldn’t be a proper snowy playground without a few surprises.

Wander too far off course and you’ll meet the local enforcement – a yeti who has absolutely no patience for explorers and will promptly boot you back into the playable area. It’s ridiculous, it’s unexpected, and it fits the tone perfectly.

Add in fully customisable animal avatars, unlockable cosmetics and the promise of evolving features (this is Game Preview, after all), and there’s a lot of room for this one to grow.

Early Access, Big Chill Energy

Being a Game Preview title means Sledding Game is still very much a work in progress. Features may change, expand, or slide in new directions over time. But even in its current state, there’s something undeniably appealing about its laid-back, anything-goes approach. It doesn’t try to be perfect – it just wants you to have fun.

Whether you’re chasing high scores, building the ultimate jump, or just messing about with friends, Sledding Game is ready to whisk you away into a world of snow, speed and spectacular wipeouts.

Just remember – it’s all downhill from here.

Find Sledding Game on Steam and the Xbox Store.
