Hula Hula Wee – out now on Xbox

A brand-new puzzle game that is a refreshing mix of logic, fun, and delicious Piña Coladas has just washed ashore on the Xbox and PC stores – Hula Hula Wee.

A perfect puzzle getaway for anyone who loves a mix of brains and beach vibes, Hula Hula Wee has launched today, 7th October 2025. This new title from the incredibly prolific developer and publisher Afil Games is now available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, with prices starting at just £4.19.

Prepare to push coconuts, smash pineapple towers, and use bonfires to burn obstacles out of your way in a charming, colourful, and clever new adventure.

A Tropical Brain-Teaser

In Hula Hula Wee, your mission is to create the perfect tropical drink. To do this, you must push coconuts across colourful maps and smash them into pineapple towers, watching as they burst together in a delicious explosion.

The core gameplay mechanic is a classic sliding puzzle. You will need to push coconuts in straight lines, watching them slide across the grid until they hit an obstacle or fall perfectly into place to fill a hole.

Your adventure will take you across 30 puzzles spread across three vibrant settings. You’ll start on CoCo Island, where the basics are introduced. Then, you’ll head to Hula Beach, where new twists like craters will force your coconuts to stop mid-path. Finally, you’ll climb the Fire Tower, the toughest destination, where bonfires add a fiery layer of strategy to your quest.

A Trio of Puzzling Adventures

For puzzle fans looking for a great value deal, the Hula Hula / Mystic 2 / Temari (Bundle) is available for £18.74. This combines all three versions of Hula Hula Wee with all the versions of two other Afil Games puzzlers.

We’re familiar with both of those titles. We previously saw that the fairies were back with confusing portals in Mystic Pathways: Crystal Quest, and we also took on the challenge of the Samurai cats and their Sokoban puzzles in Temari Trials. This new bundle is a perfect opportunity to grab three very different, but equally clever, puzzle games at once.

Your Island Itinerary

Here’s what you can expect from this new sliding puzzle adventure:

  • Charming Sokoban-Style Puzzles: Slide coconuts and smash pineapple towers.
  • 30 Puzzles Across Three Vibrant Settings.
  • A Fiery Twist: Use bonfires to burn obstacles and unlock new strategies.
  • Infinite Undo Moves: Master the clever puzzle mechanics without penalty.

The beach is calling and a fruity new challenge is waiting. If you’re a fan of charming and clever puzzle games, Hula Hula Wee is ready for you on the Xbox Store right now, in three forms. Yep, there’s an Xbox Series X|S version, another for Xbox One, and a final one for Windows PC.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
