Sort your kitten’s toys in Sissa’s Path on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch

There are a ton of Sokoban-styled games on the market, from the weird and and wonderful to the downright basic. Sissa’s Path works similar lines, but has you tidying up a little kitten’s toys as you go. What could be more delightful?

Available to purchase, download and kick back with right now is AFIL Games and Eastasiasoft’s Sissa’s Path. It’s present on the usual storefronts for Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch as gamers get more opportunities to test their Sokoban skills.

Priced up at £4.19 from the Xbox Store, with a little launch discount kicking in for a short period (expect similar pricings elsewhere), Sissa’s Path will see you pushing balls of wool across a floor, hoping and praying that you can get them to land in specific spots. Line up the wool with a home tile and your job will be done, left to move on to the next feline fix.

We’re not sure there’s much in Sissa’s Path to separate it from other Sokoban puzzlers – we’ve still got a weird love for SokoBunny – but if you’re at all familiar with the genre and are looking for a new pusher, this could well be worth a shot. Our full review of Sissa’s Path on Xbox Series X|S is upcoming and will let you know how this plays.

With isometric styled levels, a difficulty level that continues to rise and the promise of a fairly relaxing puzzle pushing experience, the key features of Sissa’s Path sit as…

  • Enjoy a relaxing  “pushing puzzle” experience!
  • Push balls of yarn onto target tiles to clear each brainteasing stage.
  • Navigate tricky maze-like levels in 3D isometric style!
  • Tackle progressively more difficult challenges and larger stages.
  • Retry as many times as it takes to find a solution!

Strangely this is a genre that has played on the whole cat and kitten theme for some time, with Sissa’s Path joining the likes of Sokocat – Combo, Fluffy Cubed and Roll the Cat all having released in recent times.

The trailer below these words will give a little more insight into what you should expect to find should you tred Sissa’s Path. If you’re sold, get over to the Xbox Store and nab a download of the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S (fully optimised for new-gen) version of the game. It’s also on the PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop.

Game Description:

Help a kitten sort her toys in a relaxing series of pushing puzzles! Get to know the curious hobby of a kitten named Sissa! She’s a very organized feline, and when she plays with her balls of wool, each needs to be pushed across the floor to the correct spot. Presented in cute and colorful 3D style, Sissa’s Path is a pushing puzzle game where you play as Sissa and move her toys around tiled floors. Once all the balls of wool rest on the white circular tiles, the stage is cleared, and another increasingly complex hand-crafted puzzle awaits to challenge Sissa’s toy-nudging skills. Can you help her organize her toys?

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
