You may think that everything the human race has come to understand is set in stone; untested. Biology, physics, chemistry; everything we have questioned throughout our history. But what if that was all wrong – and we must rethink our own knowledge?
Welcome to The Station. After a small space crew attempts to make contact with a sentient alien species, possibly uncovering new knowledge, all goes quiet. It is up to a recon specialist to unwravel what occurred…
And this is where you must put together, piece by piece, the extensive story of The Station and what happened to the three-man crew. The way you will be going about this is mainly via Augmented Reality logs, as well as minor details in every room you will explore.
If you think the game will be as easy as walking around watching and listening to a few AR tapes, then think again! In order to access certain areas you must hone in on your puzzle solving skills, solving subtle problems around The Station, in order to get at all the details of the story.
The world itself is beautifully realistic, making the station you inhabit and the story you will be unwrapping that bit more enjoyable to explore.
It is nice to sit back and sink your teeth into a good story now and again so check out The Station on Xbox One from the Microsoft Store for £11.99, or alternatively pick it up on PS4 and PC.
