Stealthy action game Quantum Replica sneaks onto consoles in 2021

There’s something quite satisfying about successfully pulling off a stealthy performance in gaming, so it’s always good when more games of this ilk are announced. Quantum Replica is one such offering, unveiled by PQube and ON3D Studios for a 2021 release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Only then will you be able to control time and reclaim your lost memories, apparently.

Quantum Replica is a fast-paced stealth action game that’s accompanied by a gorgeous cyberpunk aesthetic. The year is 2084 and it’s set in a neon-filled metropolis where the locals barely make a living, while constantly fearing those in power. Taking on the role of ‘Alpha’, you’ll attempt to infiltrate a shadowy government organisation known as the ‘Syndicate’, in order to reclaim your lost memories. Will you be able to discover who you are? Or will merely end up getting lost in this haunting dystopian vision of the future.

To succeed, you must control time and sneak your way through five unique districts, each with their own unique challenges and environments. From the gritty streets and rooftops patrolled by state police, to high-tech installations with tight security – keen reflexes and sharp wits are needed to stay one step ahead of the enemy. Battling through state police, mercenary armies and heavily armed bosses won’t be easy, but the range of weapons, gadgets and abilities available will certainly help.

There’s a bit of a wait until you can explore the cyberpunk-inspired world of Quantum Replica and pounce on unsuspecting enemies, with a launch coming in 2021. We’ll keep you in the loop with a specific date for its arrival on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, so look forward to that. And feel free to leave a comment below to share any thoughts you have regarding Quantum Replica.

Been gaming casually since the SNES as a youngster but found my true passion for games on the Playstation 1 (the forbidden word ooo). My addiction grew to its pinnacle with the purchase of an Xbox 360 & Xbox Live Service. A recovering GS hunter that will still play literally any game.
