It’ll soon be time to fling ourselves down a mountain in Steep and today Ubisoft have announced the exact dates and details for their beta weekends.
Steep will have two Beta phases in November. Firstly, an early access Beta will run between November 10th to 14th, giving players the chance to discover the diversity of Steep’s massive open Alps inspired world –Â the Aravis, the Tyrol and the Needles.
That will then be followed up with an Open Beta available between November 18th to 21st on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, just in time to get you excited enough for the full release on December 2nd 2016.
If you’re looking to get involved, then it’s probably best if you register your interest at steepgame.com before November 9th.
If you do decide that the Steep betas are for you, then you’ll also find nine Mountain Stories – narrative-based contests that will delve deeper into unique moments in the world of Steep – throughout your journey. Completing these challenges and Mountain Stories will also unlock new gear so you can customise your characters.
Steep will bring exhilarating skiing, wingsuiting, snowboarding and paragliding experiences when it releases in early December and with the promise of solo or multiplayer action, should bring a world like nothing ever seen before. Just make sure you get involved in those betas first!
