We’ve had sudokus, crosswords, codebreakers and more from Lightwood Games. Today, they are giving us climbing apparatus in the form of Ladders by POWGI, available to download right now on Xbox.
A staple classic of word puzzles, the ladder gives you a word to start with at the top, and a word to aim for at the bottom. By changing one letter at a time to create a new word, can you achieve the word at the bottom of the ladder in a set number of turns?
Things start off easy enough in Ladders by POWGI with three letter words. But soon enough you’ll be tackling four and five letter words with longer ladders each times as there are over 150 in total to complete.
Finish a ladder, and you will be rewarded with a dad joke. But if you have ever touched a ‘… by POWGI’ game then you will know all about the easy Gamerscore on offer. Luckily, Ladders by POWGI is no exception for achievement hunters out there.
Once again, Lightwood Games have made Ladders by POWGI an Optimised for Xbox Series X|S title, giving you all that wordplay goodness in 4K and with 60FPS+.
