Love the usual point-and-click affairs but have a sneaky little eye for chicken? The world’s first point-and-cluck adventure will soon be coming as Edgar – Bokbok in Boulzac has been confirmed for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
A surreal adventure created by the French development team at La Poule Noire, Edgar – Bokbok in Boulzac will be coming to Steam later this year, but today it has also been confirmed to release on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
Edgar – Bokbok in Boulzac centres around the eccentric outcast Edgar, loving life and living happily in the woods with his faithful hen. That is until he heads on out to tend to his crop of squash to discover that there is a dark secret hidden beneath the city of Boulzac.
A game about one man, his chicken and an ancient cosmic conspiracy, it could well be said that Edgar – Bokbok in Boulzac is a strange affair, but that is much of the charm and as you embark with Edgar through this comic narrative game, will discover a weird, rich universe that is full of life. Utterly bonkers, you’ll discover not just what makes the city of Boulzac what it is, but what makes the characters within tick.
Features include:
- Story Rich – A comical story-based adventure based around unravelling a conspiracy. Not everything is as it seems in Boulzac.
- Weird things are afoot – Explore a strange and comic universe, meeting its unhinged (and unforgettable) inhabitants and discovering ancient secrets.
- Whip-smart, surreal and satirical – Equal parts whimsical and dark: you’ve not met a cosmic horror like this before.
We will of course keep you as up-to-date as possible on the progress of Edgar – Bokbok in Boulzac for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. For now though, the trailer below will sort out your intrigue.
