Taiko no Tatsujin: The Drum Master! song roster expands with two new DLC packs

We’ll admit to being a little surprised at how good Taiko no Tatsujin: The Drum Master! was when it released on Xbox a few weeks back. But if truth be known, it was capable of delivering a rather superb rhythm-music experience, one that was complemented by a ton of great tunes. That track roster expanded shortly after launch with a couple of new DLC packs, and that brings us to today, as a couple more add in Classical tunes and the VOCALOID music pack.

Available to purchase and download right now, adding to the roster of songs available in Taiko no Tatsujin: The Drum Master! are both the VOCALOID Music Pack and the Classical Pack.

These will set you back £3.49 and £3.99 respectivally, or are both included in the Beat Pass Vol.1 that allows you to enjoy instant access to all the DLC that has so far dropped (plus a couple more that are incoming).

But what do they bring? Well, the titles very much giveaway what is on offer, but delving deeper and it’s safe to say that there are some seriously intriguing new tunes arriving for the beat business here.

The £3.49 VOCALOID Music Pack includes three tracks – the HAPPY SYNTHESIZER, melt and Dance Robot Dance. We’ll let you decide for yourself as to whether they are the tunes for you.

Alternatively, you can bang away to the classics with the Classical Pack. £3.99 will see you given access to some iconic names – William Tell Overture, Symphony No.5, A Little Serenade, ‘O sole mio, SONATA, GEKKO.

You’ll need the base game of Taiko no Tatsujin: The Drum Master! base game.

Let us know if you decide to add either of these packs to your game. The comments are down below and we’re on the usual social channels if you would prefer to chat through those.
