Dvora Studio and Headup have officially announced The Coma 3: Bloodlines, the long-awaited and final entry in the critically acclaimed 2D survival horror series. The game is set to launch on PC and consoles in 2026.
Revealed with a chilling new announcement trailer, this concluding chapter promises to unravel the last remaining mysteries of the Coma world, bringing the suspenseful and terrifying saga to its epic conclusion.
One Last Trip into the Shadows
We’ve been walking the haunted halls of The Coma series for a long time, and it’s been a journey of constant evolution. We enjoyed the “originality of the story” in the first game, The Coma: Recut. We then praised The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters, stating that it had “improved on it in every way.” Most recently, we found the spin-off, The Coma 2B: Catacomb, to be another “enjoyable, yet chilling, adventure.“
Now, with The Coma 3: Bloodlines, the series is preparing for its grand finale, a chapter that aims to tie together all the carefully crafted foreshadowing and bring the entire story to a satisfying and terrifying payoff.

This final entry will take players back to where it all began, promising to reveal the last, dark secret of Sehwa High School, the main setting of the original game.
