fifa 22 xbox

It’s one of the most hotly anticipated games of the year – and the years before that if we’re honest with ourselves – but right here and now you can take to the pitch with FIFA 22, all thanks to the EA Play trial.

Providing the usual 10 hours of gametime, the FIFA 22 EA Play trial rolls out today, giving players on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC the chance to get involved in what EA have created for the next year.

FIFA 22 promises to be the finest FIFA yet (although admittedly we do hear that every year, and we heard the same cries in the build up to FIFA 21), and the trial period is perfect for fans to start building up their Ultimate Team with the latest superstars, to create their own club in Career Mode and to hit the streets in the latest edition of VOLTA FOOTBALL.

With all progress made in this 10-hour trial period carrying over to FIFA 22 for real when it launches on October 1st 2021, there is pretty much no reason to not get involved. Admit it, this is the game you’ll be playing for the next 12 months so the bigger the headstart you can get, the better.

Further, get involved from today and you’ll gain access to a ton of early access challenges, each of which comes with their own rewards.

Need more persuading? Well, FIFA 22 promises to move the game forward like never before. It comes with HyperMotion technology, the most realistic, responsive and fluid gameplay experience we’ve yet seen, and a whole load of innovation right across the board. Whether it be the Career which takes your fancy, VOLTA which drags you in, Clubs for fun times with your mates or that beast which is Ultimate Team vying for your every attention, we’re pretty sure EA are going to have gone all out in nailing the optimum footballing experience. With Konami attempting the new free-to-play route with their eFootball franchise, there’s certainly space for EA to capitalise.

For now go and grab your free 10-hour trial of FIFA 22 from the digital store of your choosing. just don’t waste those hours all in one sitting, yeah!? For Xbox there are a few options, all dependant on whether you need Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S action.

We’ll have a full review of how FIFA 22 plays out in the days ahead.
