MY HERO ACADEMIA All’s Justice Launches With Final War Story Mode

Anime arena fighters have never shied away from spectacle, but MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice looks determined to go even bigger.

Launching today on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, the latest adaptation of the hugely popular anime and manga series brings the climactic Final War storyline to life through fast-paced 3v3 arena combat and the largest roster the franchise has ever seen in a console game.

Published by Bandai Namco and developed by Byking Inc., this new entry pushes the series forward with refined combat systems, new modes, and cinematic storytelling designed to capture the emotional stakes of the anime’s final arc.

Whether you’re stepping into the boots of Deku, Bakugo, or the series’ most powerful villains, the goal remains the same – unleash your Quirk and fight for justice.

Relive The Final War

At the heart of MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice is a cinematic Story Mode that retells the Final War storyline from both hero and villain perspectives.

Players can experience major moments from the closing chapters of the saga, including Bakugo’s stand against All For One and Deku’s struggle to save the world, and his enemy, in battles filled with explosive Quirk-powered action.

It’s a narrative approach designed to appeal both to longtime fans and newcomers looking to experience the anime’s most dramatic arc in interactive form.

A Bigger Roster, Bigger Battles

This latest entry boasts the largest playable character roster in any My Hero Academia console game, featuring Class 1-A students, Pro Heroes, and iconic villains from across the series.

Combat revolves around 3v3 team battles, allowing players to switch characters mid-fight, chain combos, and build strategic synergy between different Quirks.

The new “Rising” mechanic enhances attack power, speed, and abilities, turning already explosive fights into full-blown anime spectacles.

It’s fast, flashy, and designed to reward both aggressive play and careful team composition.

Beyond The Battlefield

Outside of Story Mode, Team Up Mission introduces an original scenario set in a virtual training environment at U.A. High. Players form teams with Class 1-A students and tackle missions designed to simulate hero training.

Completing these missions unlocks additional content, including Archives Battle, which revisits iconic fights from the anime’s history, and Hero’s Diary, offering quieter character-focused moments.

Together, these modes create a package that celebrates the world of My Hero Academia beyond pure combat.

Multiple Editions For Aspiring Heroes

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
