In Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel, you are thrown into the dark and dangerous realms of Norse Mythology. Your goal is to survive the relentless Hordes of Hel by engaging in adrenaline-fueled battles, completing varied objectives, and defeating the final, powerful boss of each world to earn the ultimate prizes.
Surviving the Horde with Divine Blessings
This is a game where you will be constantly fighting for your life against endless waves of enemies. As you defeat them, you will earn divine blessings from ancient Viking Deities, allowing you to power up your character during each run. You can select from a roster of diverse characters, each equipped with unique skills, abilities, and weapons, allowing you to mix and match combinations to refine your builds.
Between your runs into the hostile worlds, you can improve your abilities with a deep meta-progression system. This offers unlockable perks, in-game skills, and powerful upgrades. As you progress further, you’ll gain access to new abilities, weapons, and bonuses that will allow you to customise your playstyle and improve your chances of survival.
Your journey through the Nine Worlds will see you taking on challenging missions during each run, which may involve completing specific objectives or overcoming additional obstacles. At the end of it all, you will face a variety of increasingly challenging Boss enemies. You’ll need to outmaneuver and defeat these formidable foes using the environment, your skills, and your abilities to achieve victory.
