The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker treats Xbox One, PS4 and Switch players to FMV glory

-

If it is FMV you are after then Wales Interactive have got you sorted, and today, after previously dropping the likes of Late Shift and The Bunker into our lives, the team are at it again with The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker. Oh, and there’s a bundle of their very best titles available too.

Priced at £10.39 (although a launch discount will let you get in on the FMV action for just £8.31), The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker is the latest FMV title to emerge from Wales Interactive. Available on Xbox One, PS4 and Switch right now, it drops you in to the strange world of a psychiatrist who is trying to help solve a murder… all whilst treating the strange patients of Docter Dekker.

A Lovecraftian FMV murder mystery, you won’t be restricted to just a few questions or inputs either as you will be allowed to enter your own, totally unique, responses via the introduction of a free text input system. With more than 1600 full motion video responses, completely random murderers each time you play, a ton of suggested questions, multiple endings and stories and a simple UI system to help push things along, if you like the odd FMV adventure then you will surely like The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker.

If you haven’t yet experienced any previously though, then the addition of The FMV Bundle on the Microsoft Store should be your first port of call. Not only does it include The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker, but a couple of other Wales Interactive titles too – Late Shift and The Bunker. If it was a bit cheaper, then it would have been a no-brainer, but I’m sure the £36.79 price tag will appeal to many.
