Andromeda Survivors – now on Xbox

Stick ‘Survivors’ in your game name and it’s obvious which game you’re going up against. That’s the case as Andromeda Survivors blasts onto Xbox, PlayStation and PC.

Available right now on the usual digital storefronts is Afil Games‘ Andromeda Survivors. It’s the latest ‘Survivors’ title to emerge onto the gaming scene, quite obviously gunning for the genre leader, Vampire Survivors.

Can you survive?

Honestly, this one is going to have to go some way to besting that market champ, but if it even has half of the draw and addictive natures that Vampire Survivors has, then it’s going to be on to a winner. We’d suspect the £4.19 asking price will be low enough to tempt some in.

Pay up, get a download moving and you’ll find Andromeda Survivors on Xbox, PlayStation and PC does as you would expect. A roguelite shooter that requires both skill and strategy, it whisks you off to the darkest reaches of the universe as you take on thousands of foes – quite literally.

See, you’re the last defender of Andromeda and with that comes great responsibility. It also ensures you are equipped for the job, with a customisable ship ready to blast alien ass to kingdom come. And the more you play, the greater your chances of building the most immense of ships; those capable of owning the galaxy.

Key features

  • Prove your worth by completing challenging missions
  • Use experience to upgrade your ship
  • Metaprogression: Each run is different

You’ll find Andromeda Survivors on the Xbox Store, playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, fully optimised. It’s also on the storefronts of PlayStation and PC should you so prefer.
