Death Park 2 remaster – out now

The bloodthirsty clown who has been haunting the abandoned amusement park is back, as the next chapter in the creepy horror series has been given a full 4K upgrade.

Death Park 2: 4k Remaster, the visually enhanced sequel from Euphoria Games, has launched. This new version from EpiXR Games is now available on Xbox Series X|S for the terrifyingly low price of just ÂŁ4.99.

Prepare to return to a creepy city filled with secrets, monsters, and adventure, as you take on a mission to save your sister and uncover the mystery of the scary clown.

A Remastered Collection of Fear

This new 4K remaster is not arriving alone. For horror fans who want the complete saga, the Death Park Remaster Collection is also available for ÂŁ12.49. This bundle of terror includes three iconic remastered games:

  • Death Park (Remaster): The original terrifying adventure in an abandoned amusement park.
  • Death Park 2 (Remaster): The nightmare continues as you journey through multiple sinister locations.
  • Antarctica 88 (Remaster): A bonus chiller where something unspeakable has been unleashed in the frozen wasteland.

Our History With This Cursed Clown

We’re no strangers to the horrors of Farland, having experienced both the original games and their remasters.

When we reviewed the original Death Park 2 back in 2021, we gave it a 3/5 score. We found it to be a “solid scare-fuelled horror adventure at a low cost” and praised its “good value” dream sequences, but felt the rest of the package – the combat, visuals, and audio – was “all nothing more than okay.

However, the recent 3.5/5 scored Death Park: 4k Remaster (the first game) gave us new hope. We found that the “updated visuals and good creepy soundtrack” made it a “decent way to spend an hour or two.

This sets the stage for Death Park 2: 4k Remaster, which has a clear mission: to take the “okay” sequel and give it the same successful glow-up.

A Horror Story with New Twists

In Death Park 2, you find yourself in a creepy city that has been flooded by monsters. You must take an action-packed journey to save your sister from the clown, all while trying to find out the mystery of Death Park and the origin of the terrifying entity.

The game has you moving between the real world and the world of sleep to solve riddles and fight a scary clown and various monsters. A key new feature for this remaster is that the puzzles now have two difficulty levels, and even more excitingly, the puzzles themselves change with every adventure, adding a fresh layer of challenge for returning players.

Survival and the outcome of the story depend on your decisions and actions. The game features multiple endings, and it’s up to you to see if you can unlock them all.

Your Survival Checklist

Here’s what you can expect from this remastered horror story:

  • A Full 4K Remaster of the horror sequel.
  • A Gripping Story: Save your sister from a scary clown and uncover the mystery of Death Park.
  • 8 Huge Locations: Move between the real world and the world of sleep.
  • Evolving Puzzles: Puzzles now have two difficulty levels and change with every adventure.
  • Multiple Endings based on your decisions and actions.

The clown is hungrier than ever. If you’re a fan of survival horror, Death Park 2: 4k Remaster is ready to test your courage on the Xbox Store right now. Are you ready to fight your nightmares?
