We’ve become accustomed to leading a green lifestyle in order to save our planet, but in Surviving Mars, it’s all about building a second home for humanity away from this globe we call home. Today Paradox Interactive are gearing up for the release of a new Green Planet expansion for their survival management experience Surviving Mars, delivering details and trailers ahead of the launch.
Due to hit Surviving Mars in Q2 2019, the Green Planet Expansion for Surviving Mars will be found dropping on to Xbox One, PS4 and PC, giving us the chance to harness the power of Mars like never before.
We will see the Red Planet going green thanks to the upcoming expansion which will give players the power to terraform elements alongside a host of other improvements to the core gameplay experience, providing new layers of mid-to-late-game strategic depth to Surviving Mars.
The Green Planet expansion includes a wide range of gameplay features that will change the way we get to approach life on the Red Planet. For example, if you wish to seed vegetation across the surface to give Mars a breathable atmosphere and use landscaping tools to shape the land to fit your own unique needs, then you can.
This Green Planet expansion will continue Haemimont Games’ and Paradox Interactive’s support for Surviving Mars and their commitment to enhance the core gameplay experience for all players, including a free update launching alongside the paid expansion.
