The Sealed Ampoule brings dungeon agriculturalization roguelike action to Xbox, PlayStation and Switch

We’re not sure we’ve ever played a game that sells itself as a dungeon agriculturalization roguelike. But that’s exactly how The Sealed Ampoule comes to console.

Available to purchase and download today on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and Nintendo Switch, all after doing the rounds on PC, The Sealed Ampoule from CAVYHOUSE and PLAYISM was originally created as a bit of a procedurally generated dungeon farming clicker. Yes, clicker.

It hits console for £16.74 (at least from the Xbox Store as you may find other store prices vary) and will enable players to fall into a world focused on leveling up. You see, not only will you need to upgrade your character in The Sealed Ampoule, but your dungeons too, all in order to gather up the biggest of harvests possible.

Getting involved here all sounds a bit good, even more so when you consider that every time you enter The Sealed Ampoule, you’ll find a map that is ever-so-slightly different. That’s the random procedurally generated effect taking hold and so scavenging what you can, as soon as you can, will be the best course of action.

With roguelite elements at play, a one-by-one battle system in the house and a whole ton of skills available to the player, there’s a good chance that The Sealed Ampoule will be able to deliver on many fronts.

Stay tuned for a full review from us soon, all as we let you know how The Sealed Ampoule plays on Xbox Series X|S. If you wish to pick the game up for yourself, the Xbox Store will cover the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S bases. It’s on the stores of Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PC too.

Game Description:

CAVYHOUSE, creators of Forget Me Not: My Organic Garden and The Midnight Sanctuary, presents their latest “Clicker-style Dungeon Agriculturalization Rogue-like Game”! Level-up not only your character, but your dungeon itself to score huge bumper crops of items and Magic Circles galore! By continuously exploring deeper and deeper into the dungeon, you can remake (agriculturalize) your dungeon, increasing your strategic efficiency and gradually transforming it into a bountiful and profitable farm in this extremely unique and original Rogue-like game combining elements of dungeon exploration and clicker-style gameplay.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
