If you’re in the market for a new puzzler that is not just going to test the old grey matter a little, but really get it working in ways you could only imagine, then the launch of The Sojourn on Xbox One, PS4 and PC via the Epic Games Store should be something that interests. It just so happens that launch is now!

Available to purchase and download on Xbox One, PS4 and PC – via that Epic Games Store – from today, The Sojourn is the latest gaming experience to threaten to push your mind to the limit as you wander through a stunningly created world in the search of orbs of light.

Solving individual puzzles by utilising both light and dark sides of this world is the key to your success in The Sojourn, and be flitting in and out of the two will find yourself able to utilise and manipulate a variety of objects, creating paths and building bridges in order for you to reach the relevant exits.

With additional secondary objectives coming into play should you so wish, there is a whole ton of replayability available in The Sojourn, ensuring that even when you thought you were done, an extra test takes hold.

Our full review of The Sojourn on Xbox One will be with you very soon – perhaps even by the time you are reading this – so make sure you check it out. In the meantime though the Xbox Store will sort out the Xbox One gamers, the PlayStation Store will provide the download for those on the other side of the format war, whilst those on PC will quite obviously be more than happy to grab a purchase from the Epic Games Store. That sounds cool, yeah?

If you do decide to drop into this puzzler make sure you let us know your full thoughts. The comments section is down below.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
