Following on from a PC and Nintendo Switch launch in prior weeks, it is now the turn of our beloved Xbox consoles to receive the bombastic platformer that is Death, Soul & Robots.
Releasing on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, Death, Soul & Robots boasts a ‘Positive’ average review score over on Steam, and who can deny that playing as a kitty with murderous intent cannot be a recipe for success?
Death, Soul & Robots seems like your standard pixelated platforming fare at first glance, however throw into the mix the constant switching between weapons, multiple biomes to explore, a plethora of quests, and all-powerful bosses to try and overcome, and developers Big Way Games may well have you coming back for more, and more, in a bid to save Earth.
Aside from the mostly ranged combat that you will be partaking in, utilising a host of futuristic-looking weapons, Death, Soul & Robots will of course have many platforming challenges for you to complete, with the usual spikes, fire and moving platforms intending to trip you up whenever given the opportunity.
A full list of features coming to Death, Soul & Robots (as per the game’s Steam page) includes:
- 19 unique enemies
- 6 large biome maps to explore
- 6 challenging bosses
- 7 types of weapons
- various quests
- more than 10 characters, each with their own story.
So, what are you waiting for? Help this little kitty to glory by heading over to the Xbox Store, and picking up a copy of Death, Soul & Robots for yourself. On Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, the game currently costs £4.19, but check out the Switch and PC storefronts for their respective platforms.
