Anything the award-winning development team of Lienzo muster up will also deliver excitement. With the brilliant Mulaka behind them, attention now turns to Aztech Forgotten Gods – a game in which you’ll discover that the truth lies firmly in the past.

Available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam, GOG, Epic), Aztech Forgotten Gods follows the life and times of Achtli, a young girl who is looking to make a mark on the world, by taking on some of the most colossal and huge of Forgotten Gods.

It’s priced at £24.99 (from the Xbox Store, expect other Stores to run similarly routes) and will take you through what is known as a cyber-stone adventure. The reason? To help Achtli begin to understand the power that the Gods possess, before turning it on them and uncovering the secrets and truths that are hidden within her land.

We’ve been hands on with Aztech Forgotten Gods for a little while already, so much so that we’ve been able to deliver some review thoughts. We urge you to give our review a read, as it talks you through the enjoyable story and unique boss battles. It’s not the perfect game – but we won’t spoil things for you here.

Should you be willing to chance your arm with the powers behind Aztech Forgotten Gods, then you’ll find the download you need over at the Xbox Store. It’s that which will let you play through things on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. The game is on PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC too.

Game Description:

Aztech Forgotten Gods is the cyber-stone action-adventure following Achtli, a young woman who battles the colossal Forgotten Gods. To uncover the truth behind her far-future Mesoamerican metropolis, she’ll have to turn the Gods’ power against them, as she soars through the city with power and grace using an ancient artifact, remnant of a time long forgotten.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
