It may have been one of the surprise hits of 2017, but theHunter: Call of the Wild most certainly delivered a hunting experience like no other. Now though it’s time to look to the future and today Avalanche Studios and THQ Nordic have confirmed that a 2019 Edition of theHunter: Call of the Wild is coming… and it’ll be here much sooner than you may well think.
In fact it’ll be here in October 2018 with a PC and console release happening on the 16th October. Hitting Xbox One, PS4 and PC on that date, Call of the Wild 2019 Edition will include the main game as well as all the previous DLC bits and bobs which have released since the initial launch.
This GOTY Edition therefore will not just be taking you to the idyllic German farmlands of Hirschfelden, the Layton Lake District in North America or the icy Medved-Taiga National Park in Siberia, where hunters have already proven their skills, but will also be challenging you with the largest and most dangerous animals in the wild and savage landscapes of the Vurhonga Savanna in Africa.
Coming in with an SRP of $39.99 on PC and $44.99 on consoles, if you haven’t yet checked out theHunter: Call of the Wild but are tempted by the hunt that is on offer, then the 2019 Edition looks to be the way forward.
We’ll of course remind you when it arrives, but for now make sure you hit up our full review and check out the latest trailers below.
