Which path will you take?

What if defeating enemies wasn’t about swinging a sword, but about putting them in exactly the right place? That’s the clever twist behind Trigger Path, a charming Sokoban-style puzzle game that has now launched on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Windows PC.

Developed and published by 2dragontails, this tactical puzzler is available for ÂŁ4.19, inviting players to step into the boots of a small knight and solve a series of clever trap-based challenges.

A Knight With A Tactical Problem

In Trigger Path, players take control of a brave little knight navigating puzzle rooms filled with bouncing enemies and carefully placed trap tiles.

Rather than defeating enemies through combat, the challenge is all about positioning. Players must drag enemies across the map and guide them onto trap tiles. Once every enemy is correctly placed, the traps activate, clearing the room and opening the way forward.

It’s a simple idea on the surface, but one that quickly demands careful planning and thoughtful movement.

Classic Sokoban Puzzle Design

Trigger Path draws inspiration from the classic Sokoban puzzle formula, where spatial awareness and careful movement are key.

Each level is essentially a compact tactical challenge. Enemies behave in predictable ways, but positioning them correctly without trapping yourself requires forward thinking. One wrong move can force players to rethink their entire strategy.

The result is a puzzle experience built around trial, learning and the satisfaction of finally getting every piece exactly where it needs to be.

Find The Right Path

Trigger Path is available now on Xbox Series X|S (Optimised), Xbox One and Windows PC, with three separate versions priced at ÂŁ4.19.

If you enjoy puzzle games that reward clever thinking and careful planning, this knightly challenge might just be worth exploring.
