Hyper Team Recon
Hyper Team Recon – out now

A 3D platformer which sees a trio of energetic alien slimes get stranded on Earth after their captain falls asleep at the wheel, has just crash-landed on consoles and PC. Ready to join the Hyper Team Recon?

Hyper Team Recon, from solo developer Nathan Burton and publisher Top Hat Studios, has launched today. This new adventure is now available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and PC for £16.74.

Prepare to traverse a variety of locations full of platforming, puzzles, and combat as you help three unique aliens find their way back to each other.

Meet the Hyper Team

The stars of the show are three energetic alien slimes, each tasked with travelling to Earth to learn more about its lifeforms. Using their species’ unique morphing abilities, they can disguise themselves as girls to keep a low profile. The team consists of Ember, Penny, and Lite, but after their ship crashes, the trio get split up and stranded.

This is a classic 3D platforming adventure. You will need to guide the trio as they traverse a variety of locations across Earth. The levels are filled with classic platforming challenges, clever puzzles to solve, and a lively cast of foes to take on in combat.

H.E.R.B.’s Scrapbook

Your progress is tracked by H.E.R.B, a helpful slime A.I. who keeps up-to-date with what’s happening on Earth.

As you explore, you will need to collect foil, which can be used to fill out his special scrapbook. Filling the scrapbook will unlock a host of goodies, including new outfits, bite-size challenge zones, extra cutscenes, and more!

A Breakdown of the Mission

Here’s what you can expect from this new 3D platformer:

  • An Adorable 3D Platforming Adventure: Guide three alien slimes on their journey across Earth.
  • Play as Three Unique Characters: Ember, Penny, and Lite.
  • A Mix of Gameplay: A variety of locations full of platforming, puzzles, and combat.
