These guys were a Japanese video game developer known for their bullet hell-esque shooters, many of which were lost to time following bankruptcy in 1994.
But now Bitwave Games and Clear River Games are here to rectify such a tragedy, with the release of the Toaplan Arcade Collection Vol. 1 and 2!
