It’s sold more than 8 million copies worldwide, and garnered a huge amount of love from the gaming community since the release of the first game, but now Trine is moving up a gear and today comes confirmation of a release of Trine 4 in 2019.
Coming to Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC at some point in 2019, Trine 4 will see the publishing rights handled by Modus, ensuring that Frozenbyte’s latest fantasy action adventure will be able to hit the masses.
With the original game released back in 2009, the last decade has seen the series do alright for itself, with fans the globe over requesting another instalment.
And that is exactly what they will be getting with Trine 4 and whilst details are thin on the ground, we would expect the teams at Modus and Frozenbyte to start filling in the gaps fairly soon.
