The Sims is all about customisation and progression. It is also all about new content and today we are seeing a couple of new downloadable content packs hit the Xbox One version of the game.
Available right now on Xbox One are The Sims 4 Luxury Party Stuff and The Sims 4 Kitchen Stuff DLC packs. Priced at £9.99 each (although EA Access subscribers can get the usual 10% discount on that), if you’re looking for new gear to kit your Sims’ lives out with, then they most definitely do the business.
The Luxury Party Stuff pack brings a bit of glamour to proceedings with new fun and elegant pieces ready to adorn your Sim’s life. You’ll find sparkling dresses, new hairstyles and a brand spanking new buffet table all available and these should let your Sims in on the high life.
The Kitchen Stuff pack meanwhile does away with the bling and delivers new, useful items. Expect to find a new ice-cream maker, brand new kitchen units and some modern stainless steel appliances. Once more, new hairstyles and casual apparel additions are available.
In order to grab these new DLC packs, you’ll be needing to head over to the Microsoft Store and splash the cash. They aren’t cheap, but if you are building your life around The Sims 4 then you’ll already know and understand that addition content packs are part and parcel of the whole game.
