Announced today, the For Honor Open Beta will be available to all players on current gen consoles and PC between Feb 9th-12th. The beta will include the new Elimination mode, bringing a best of five rounds, four-versus-four match, with no respawns. It all sounds a bit manic, but Elimination will join three additional modes playable in the open beta including Dominion, Brawl and Duel, and nine playable Heroes.
Prior to that though, the War of the Factions will take place, with some of the fiercest celebrity warriors including Lauren Cohan, Jason Momoa, Alfie Allen and Demetrious Johnson battling it out. There will also be several top Twitch streamers pledging their swords in a live For Honor battle taking place on Tuesday, February 7th, at 10:00 p.m. UK time. The War of the Factions will the continue into the open beta, giving you a chance to fight for one of the three Factions – Knights, Samurai and Vikings.
For Honor launches very soon, come February 14th, 2017 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
