Previously available across PC via Steam, Stage 2 Studios and Serenity Forge have today launched Xbox players off on a mysterious Moon mission. It comes on the back of the 2014 cult classic of Lifeless Planet, playing out as a 3D platformer which has been utterly inspired by classic science fiction.

Lifeless Moon is priced at £10.74 on the Xbox Store, playable on both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Wherever you dive in, you’ll be found taking on the role of an Apoloo-era astronaut, attempting to come to terms with the aftermath of an old experiment.
Over on Steam, Lifeless Moon has picked up ‘Very Positive’ reviews, albeit only a few in number. With launch on Xbox, it gives the teams behind it the opportunity to reach a whole new swathe of players, pushing them forth by chucking a jetpack on their backs and allowing them to head off to explore.
