The Warhammer franchise continues to thrive and so news of yet another game based on one of Games Workshop’s IPs is rather exciting. Yes, Gasket Games and Focus Home Interactive have announced Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC in 2021.

Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground is a skirmish, turn-based strategy game crafted using the dark fantasy Age of Sigmar IP. With this first strategy adaptation of this particular iconic IP, both Focus and Gasket can’t wait to bring this extraordinary universe to life for fans around the world. You’ll become the commander of one of the extraordinary factions found in Warhammer Age of Sigmar – a deadly universe where immortal knights ride heavenly stardrakes to eradicate Death across a multitude of realms. After all, this is Storm Ground; a world of legends, heroes, hellish creatures and fearsome battles.

Lead your highly-customisable force in this dynamic and spectacular turn-based strategy game packed with fast-paced warfare. Victories will allow you to collect and upgrade new types of units, powerful equipment, and unlock devastating skills. Exploring all the routes in Storm Ground’s non-linear campaign is a must and, during each new playthrough, prepare to overcome new odds in order to find unique units and gear. That’s not all though, with the opportunity to build your legendary army and defy other players in epic online duels too.

You can look forward to that, and more, when Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground arrives for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC in 2021.
