As Xbox gamers we’ve had a huge number of discounts thrust our way with the recent Xbox Live Deals With Gold offerings. This week though? Well, it’s a little sparse to say the least. But which are the best and worst of the deals on offer between the 20th-26th Sept 2016? We delve in and take a look.
Grab – Just Cause 3 – 60% off – £18.00 – Xbox One
One of our very favourite games on Xbox One is Just Cause 3. The over-the-top manic action that Rico gets himself involved in is exciting from the first minute right up to the very last, bringing a campaign and enough side missions to tide you over for many a week.
Therefore, if you can grab Just Cause 3 with a fairly decent 60% discount in place, then you should be snapping it up pronto. We’d even consider dropping straight into the action with the XL Edition for a few quid more too.
You won’t regret it.
Grab – Sacred Citadel – 80% off – £1.59 – Xbox 360
We’re not going to pretend that Sacred Citadel is the best game you’re going to be playing this week, but the opportunity to grab it for just £1.59 shouldn’t be ignored.
The only downside in fact is that many would have grabbed it a few months back for nothing as one of the free Xbox Games With Gold titles for February 2016. But hey, if you missed it then, then the small amount you will now have to dish out isn’t going to break the bank.

Leave – Magic Duels – Mythic Coin Pack – 40% off – £19.19 – Xbox One
If we’re honest, there isn’t an awful lot that offends us this week with the few Deals With Gold discounts that are on the table quite possibly worth a little shot. But if you want to push us to moan about something, then nearly £20 for a few coins that can be used with Magic Duels is a bit too high for our liking.
But then, if you’re into your Magic, then the coin packs will no doubt be able to help you out fairly considerably.
So those are our choices for this week. Don’t forget, you should also be taking a visit to CDKeys and grabbing some of their super cheap Xbox Live credit before you even bother attempting to purchase any of this weeks deals. It’s what the smart kids do!
