The epic Shenmue saga is back, with both the first and second instalment bundled together for a re-release that’ll allow many to experience the games for the very first time as well as being a welcome return for its passionate fan base. The tale follows Ryo Hazuki and is essentially about redemption, with Ryo keen to avenge his father’s death as well as unravel the secrets behind a mysterious artefact – the Dragon Mirror. As these are the definitive versions of these classic games, players can expect a selection of new features including the fully scalable screen resolution, the choice between modern and classic control schemes, an updated user interface and the option to enjoy either the original Japanese or English voiceovers.
