Which of this week’s Xbox Live Deals With Gold bargains should you pick up? – 24th Nov 2015

This week’s Xbox Live Deals With Gold sale takes a bit of a back seat as the Black Friday deals trump it in every way. But between the 24th-30th November, there are still a number of titles that have been hit with the discount stick, a few of which you should be picking up…and some that you should be leaving well alone.

Unfortunately, the good stuff is limited to the Xbox 360 world!

Grab – Burnout Paradise – 50% off – £7.49 – Xbox 360

Burnout Paradise IS coming to Xbox One via the Backward Compatibility scheme and that means you should be dropping a few quid on the Xbox 360 version whilst it’s in the sale.

One of the best arcade racers of the last gen, Burnout Paradise may not yet have an Xbox One BC date, but with it definitely due to hit at some point, you’ll get the chance to yet again experience the thrills and spills of a proper fast racer, one set in paradise and ripe for a burnout!

You will want to play this once it hits Xbox One and that means you need to get in on the action right now…don’t say we didn’t warn ya!

Grab – Mirror’s Edge – 67% off – £4.94 – Xbox 360

Before you know it, Mirror’s Edge 2 will be here. Whilst the original game is now a good few years old, it should be something that all Xbox owners will want to play, even if only to get some kind of feel for things prior to the new game appearing.

Parkour is big business and Mirror’s Edge plays on that beautifully. It may not be the longest game in the world, but we’re hazarding a guess at the fact you wouldn’t have played anything like it before!

Go grab it whilst it’s less than a fiver.

Leave – Call of Duty: Black Ops III Digital Deluxe Edition – 10% off – £71.99 – Xbox One

Seriously, I’m not exactly sure why this has been included in the sale.

Call of Duty Black Ops III has only just released and right now you can save a huge 10% on the Digital Deluxe Edition. Yes, 10%!

What. Is. The. Point.

If you were down with the CoD world, then you’ll have already picked up the latest title, but if you aren’t then there is quite probably no way on this earth that we’ll see a 10% discount tempt you in to a purchase, certainly not when it is the Digital Deluxe Edition that still comes in skywards of £70.

Feel free to prove me wrong though!

You can check out the full Xbox Live Deals With Gold sale for 24th-30th Nov 2015 right here. You may as well pop over to CD Keys as well to pick up some cheap credit first. It makes sense you know!

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
