Publisher Aerosoft and developer Simuverse Interactive have officially announced Winter Resort Simulator 3, the next major entry in the classic winter resort simulation series.
Rebuilt from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5, this new title is coming to PC and, for the first time ever, to consoles in Winter 2026. Which consoles? We’re hoping for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 at the very minimum.

At its heart, this is a hands-on simulation. You will get behind the wheel of officially licensed snowcats to prepare the slopes and take control of intricate, accurately recreated cable cars with realistic control systems to transport your guests up the mountain.

Beyond the machinery, you are in charge of the entire operation. You’ll need to manage the economic flow of guests, decide on park upgrades, and ensure every aspect of your resort is running smoothly to keep your visitors happy and your business thriving.
