Leikir Studio, the French indie developer has today confirmed that Wondershot will be dropping on a console or personal computer near you!
Arriving this winter (now, is that THIS winter or this winter!?), Wondershot will hark back to the days of living room battles with a ton of multiplayer entertainment, all set in a family friendly environment. You could say it’s the game for all ages!
A top-down multiplayer focused title, players will get to control different characters in intense “one shot and you’re down” rounds, all set across different map environments. Whether you decide to use the bow, boomerang, hammer, or slingshot, you’ll need to master the special abilities of each weapon. With simple controls, a quick pace to the play, and a surprising high level of intensity, Wondershot promises to become an amazing multiplayer experience for all.
“It is a truly exciting time for us here at Leikir Studio,” Said Aurelien Loos, co-founder of Leikir Studio. “Every gamer’s dream is to make the type of video games they grew up playing and my favorite gaming memories were playing ‘couch party’ games with buddies. And that was our vision with Wondershot, a multiplayer game that’s simple, fast and fun that can be enjoyed by anyone.”
