Four New Names Enter The Ring
The biggest attraction in Season 3 is the arrival of four very different wrestling personalities.
Matt Cardona makes his long-awaited return to the WWE 2K series after several years away, bringing his modern persona to the roster following his real-world WWE comeback in 2026. Meanwhile, lucha libre icon La Parka finally makes his WWE 2K debut. Known for his unmistakable skeleton-themed attire, crowd-pleasing charisma and high-flying offence, he’s a welcome addition for wrestling fans who grew up watching both AAA and WCW.
Joining them is WWE Hall of Famer Torrie Wilson, whose popularity stretched across both the WCW and WWE eras, while Brian Pillman arrives to represent one of wrestling’s most influential and unpredictable performers.
Together, the four newcomers bring 36 fresh moves and taunts into the game.
A Blast From The Monday Night War
Season 3 also adds two standout Personas as they arrive as part of the Premium Track, with Kane ’01 and Rey Mysterio ’01 recreating iconic looks from one of wrestling’s most memorable periods.
Kane appears in his classic sleeveless attire complete with flame detailing, while Rey’s throwback look takes inspiration from his WCW days, complete with denim overalls and matching mask.
Additional cosmetic items, WCW-themed creation parts, MyFACTION rewards and customisation options are also spread throughout the Premium Track.
Plenty For Free Players Too
Not all of the content sits behind the premium tier. Players can also unlock a selection of free Personas inspired by various points in WWE history, including Mutiny Faction Asuka, Solo Sikoa ’22 and Brock Lesnar ’03. Tyrese Haliburton also returns, giving basketball fans another crossover character to add to their collection.
Whether you’re looking to recreate WCW memories with La Parka, relive the Attitude Era through Brian Pillman, or finally bring Matt Cardona back into your Universe mode storylines, there’s plenty here to enjoy.
Grab WWE 2K26 from the usual storefronts. It’s on the Xbox Store for Xbox Series X|S, as well as playable on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, PC.
