Featured in the May system update, Xbox Series X/S is a nostalgic theme designed for long-time fans. The new dynamic theme for the Xbox console comes with an option known as “The Original”, featuring a background animation that resembles the original Xbox console released in 2001. This animation was used as the console’s background dashboard about two decades ago.

The hint of warm Nostalgia might be what most diehard Xbox fans want to see on their home screen while playing with the latest next-generation console. Fortunately, the new theme included in the May update comes with several changes and updates that help to improve the quality of life for the users.

With the new update, the “Quick Resume” feature comes with several improvements to boost the reliability and loading speed to allow the users to switch between games more efficiently and faster than ever before. For an audiophile using external speakers, Xbox will enable audio passthrough, facilitating the console’s highest quality of sound.

Considering that Xbox Game Pass is among the most popular add-ons designed for the next generation of Xbox consoles, the May update makes it simpler for the players to buy game trailers. Parents will also get more control over how their kids use the console, with new features allowing the moderation of multiplayer functions. They will also restrict their children from playing certain games by restricting their user accounts from accessing games that require online communication.

Some of the cutting-edge features included in the latest Xbox update are:

Xbox App for IOS and Android gets better

Besides playing Betway betgames on your smartphone, you can now enjoy a more immersive experience with the Xbox app for IOS and android devices. You can stay connected with the latest updates thanks to the new push notifications that also let you know when your friends are online. Xbox is also updating the achievements game pages to feature game stats like time played.

Similar to Betway, the console manufacturer is also putting reliability at the forefront of their services. For this reason, Xbox has made several changes to boost the performance of sending messages and loading your chats in their app.

Multiplayer by Title

Last fall, Xbox launched the free family setting app for Android and IOS devices, and they’re still releasing feature updates to give families simple tools for managing their children’s gaming activities. Starting from June, parents will offer multiplayer games by specific titles using the Xbox Family Settings applications. That means if a child wants to play a particular game using the multiplayer mode without the parent’s approval, they can request the parent to unlock the multiplayer option for that title. The parent will get a notification on the Xbox Family Settings app, and they can choose to learn more about the game.

New Motes

The team featured dynamic backgrounds and a new feature that lets you customize the home screen with color and motion for the new updates. You’ll find these new motes in the personalization settings of your Xbox.
