The Zeds have arrived on Xbox One in Killing Floor 2

-

The European Union is crumbling, the governments have collapsed and civilisation is in disarray; this isn’t real life, no, this is the basis for survival shooter Killing Floor 2. Oh, and there’s an outbreak of murderous clones at the centre of it all.

The failed experiments of the Horzine Corporation, Zeds, have overrun continental Europe and it’s been left to a motley group of mercenaries, soldiers, and civilians, to work together to fight against any outbreak they come across. Using a myriad of unique weaponry and brutal melee combat, you’ll need to smash, bash and crush your way through the hordes of Zeds. The main mode allows you to either go it alone or with up to five others alongside you, with survival being the sole aim. There’s also a Versus Survival mode which sees two teams of six battle it out, taking turns between playing as humans or specially modified Zeds.

Those wishing to kit their characters out with a variety of additional skins will be pleased to know there are six skin bundles available – Tanaka Biker Uniform, Mr. Foster Classic Uniform, Cardboard Knight Uniform, Hazmat Suit, Horzine Mark 7 Suit and London Bobby Briar Uniform – priced at just £3.99 each. You can let the bodies hit the killing floor by venturing over to the Xbox Games Store and spending £29.99 on Killing Floor 2.

Game Description:

In Killing Floor 2 players descend into continental Europe where the outbreak caused by Horzine Biotech’s failed experiment has quickly spread and gained unstoppable momentum, essentially paralyzing the European Union— Just one month after the conclusion of the events in the original Killing Floor, the specimen clones are everywhere and civilization is in disarray communications have failed, governments have collapsed, and military forces have been systematically eradicated. The people of Europe know survival and self-preservation too well and lucky survivors have gone into hiding. Not all have given up hope though… A group of civilians and mercenaries have banded together to combat the outbreak and established privately funded operation bases across Europe. Upon tracking specimen clone outbreaks, players will descend into zed-laden hot zones and exterminate them.
